Ma Der Restaurant is part of the PPK783 group which was set up in 2023 between two Thai people and an Englishman. Our Thai partners are both trained chefs and have been in the industry for many years but wanted to create something that was authentic and catered for the whole family, one having a family of her own and the other planning to have one soon.

Our English partner always had a dream to move to Thailand and set up his own restuarant, originally to bring Western BBQ style food here but was overuled and settled for a compromise; Thai first, Western BBQ later.
